Despite earlier warnings, unique IP addresses are getting fewer and fewer, and are set to run out in 500 days, according to Internet experts.
IP addresses help distinguish one computer from another while connected to the Internet, however, with the proliferation of devices, including mobile phones and tablet computers being connected, the original four billion combination ability of IP addresses suddenly doesn't seem plentiful.
